How does your Australian Standard Delivery service work?

FREE Standard Shipping on ALL Australian orders.

Snap Shades uses the Australia Post to ensure safe tracking and delivery of your goods. However, should your parcel be delayed, go missing or get damaged in transit we will endeavour to assist where there is a legitimate claim. Snap Shades cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed or undelivered items.

You will receive a confirmation email from Snap Shades to confirm your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Snap Shades with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox and/or that the email address you have provided is correct. Please email us at [e-mail] with your Order Number to check the status of your order.

Please note: Where part of your order is on backorder, your order will be sent when the backorder item/s are available for shipping.

If there is a delivery failure not caused by Snap Shades (for example, an item is returned to sender/undelivered due to an incorrect address provided), Snap Shades can resend the item once postage fees for re-delivery are paid.

The below processing and delivery time frames apply to in-stock items only. Please approximately 30 business days for the delivery of backorder items.
